Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will arrange a replacement or exchange if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping
